Rear-body builders for ISUZU truck chassis and ISUZU D-MAX light commercial vehicles. Distributors of ATAMAN buses, ISUZU trucks, D-MAX pick-ups, as well as genuine spare parts for all the above vehicles.

It's all about us. We are a group of companies, today consisted of PrJSC ISUZU-ATAMAN Ukraine, KOMTRANSKOMPLEKT LLC and JSC Cherkasy Bus. Since 1999, our team has been consistently supplying Japanese quality products to the Ukrainian and other neighboring markets together with our main strategic partners – ISUZU MOTORS Ltd. and SOJITZ Corp.

Since then, we are constantly expanding our model line and range of capabilities that we can offer to our clients. It is our top priority to meet all our customer's needs and help them to maximize their profit with our commercial vehicles.

As of today, we have manufactured and sold more than 20,000 buses and about 2,200 trucks.

In 2019 we have implemented the following innovations.

To support our clients, we have obtained a license for financial-leasing activities and developed a portfolio of flexible offers for corporate and individual customers.
From now on, we are providing more attention to the proper warranty and after-sales service of ISUZU-ATAMAN customers, as well as the full provision of genuine spare parts. Moreover, there are at least three specialized vehicles “ISUZU assistance on-road” that are subordinated to a regional service manager, and which side by side with authorized dealers and service stations are doing the best meeting all customer’s needs.
An all-wheel-drive truck of NPR75 class (its name is NPS75) and an all-wheel-drive bus (in particular, school bus) based on it, appeared in our model line.
Soon we are going to provide to our clients of 10-meter and 12-meter city buses. The component base remains unchanged – of the world-class Japanese manufacturer ISUZU MOTORS Ltd.
We have concluded an agreement, and since 2020 we start selling the legendary pickup truck - ISUZU D-MAX.

Our successful story began in 1999. At that time, cooperation began between Cherkasy Bus JSC (it was a part of Bogdan Corporation at that time) and world-class Japanese companies — the leader in the production of diesel engines and commercial vehicles ISUZU MOTORS LIMITED and its partner, NISSHO IWAI Corporation (now SOJITZ Corporation).
